Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stylr App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Stylr App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

In no event shall Stylr App, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stylr App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
