Reschedule Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment time. To ensure fairness to both our customers and salon partners, we have implemented a reschedule policy that allows flexibility while maintaining service quality.

A reschedule fee is charged when you request to change your appointment time on the Platform ("Reschedule Fee"). All confirmed reschedules are chargeable. The Reschedule Fee shall be charged based on the time remaining until the scheduled appointment when you opt to reschedule the booking.

Reschedule Rules

To maintain service quality and fairness:

  • Maximum reschedules: You can reschedule an appointment up to 2 times per booking
  • Time requirement: New booking time must be at least 2 hours from the original booking time
  • Rescheduling is not permitted within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time
  • If you need to change your appointment within 2 hours, please refer to our Cancellation Policy

Fee Structure

All confirmed reschedules are chargeable. The reschedule fee is based on the time remaining until the original scheduled appointment. This fee compensates our salon partners for the time slot reserved and any adjustments they need to make.

Reschedule Charges Duration (time remaining until scheduled appointment)
20% of Booking Amount Within 24 hours of original booking
10% of Booking Amount 24+ hours before original booking

Additional Charges

  • GST: 18% GST is applied on the reschedule fee
  • Payment: Payment is required and verified before confirming any reschedule

Case 3: When Booking is confirmed and partner requests reschedule

If a salon partner requests to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, no reschedule fee will be charged to you. We will work with you to find an alternative time slot that suits your schedule, and any difference in pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Case 4: Rescheduling to a different service or partner

If you wish to reschedule to a different service or a different salon partner, this will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for applicable charges, and you will need to make a new booking for the desired service or partner.

Why Reschedule Fee is Charged?

The Reschedule Fee is charged to compensate salon partners for:

  • The time slot that was exclusively reserved for you
  • Administrative efforts in processing the reschedule request
  • Potential loss of other booking opportunities
  • Last-minute adjustments to their schedule, especially for reschedules within 24 hours

How Will Reschedule Fee be Charged?

The Reschedule Fee (including 18% GST) must be paid and verified before any reschedule is confirmed. Payment is required upfront to process your reschedule request. If the new appointment time has a different price, the difference will be adjusted accordingly:

  • If the new appointment costs more, you will be charged the difference plus the reschedule fee (including GST)
  • If the new appointment costs less, the difference will be refunded to you (minus the reschedule fee and GST)
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the same mode of payment within 72 hours (time taken for refund is subject to the policies of the third party payment gateway)

Reschedule Process

To reschedule your appointment:

  1. Log in to your Stylr App account
  2. Navigate to "My Appointments" or "Upcoming Bookings"
  3. Select the appointment you wish to reschedule
  4. Click on "Reschedule" and choose your preferred new date and time
  5. Review the reschedule fee (including GST) and complete payment
  6. Payment must be completed and verified before the reschedule is confirmed
  7. You will receive a confirmation notification once the reschedule is processed

Important Notes

Stylr Personal Care reserves the right to modify/waive off the Reschedule fee from time to time. The Reschedule fee shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws for making payments to Stylr Personal Care or Stylr Partner (as the case may be) on account of any reschedule of services from Your end.

In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, we may consider waiving the reschedule fee. Please contact our customer support team with relevant documentation for such cases.
